Privacy Policy
How the LAYZOX website handles information.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Website purpose
This corporate website provides information about LAYZOX, its services, products in development, delivery approach and contact details. It does not currently provide public user accounts, payments or a production customer portal.
Project enquiries
When you submit the project enquiry form, LAYZOX receives the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, phone number, organisation, project type, message, timeline, budget context and preferred contact method. The information is used to review and respond to the enquiry.
Campaign and referral information
The website may capture campaign parameters that are already present in the page URL, such as UTM parameters or Google advertising click identifiers, together with the landing page and referring page. This helps LAYZOX understand how an enquiry reached the website and evaluate marketing activity.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Optional Google measurement is designed to load only after a visitor allows analytics through the website preference control. When configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement may process information about page visits, interactions, device or browser information, referral source and campaign attribution according to the visitor's consent choice and Google's applicable terms and policies.
Essential website processing
Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested pages to deliver the website, protect it from abuse and diagnose operational problems. The enquiry endpoint also uses basic anti-spam and rate-limiting controls.
Service providers
LAYZOX may use hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement providers to operate the website and receive enquiries. These providers process information only for the relevant service and subject to their configurations and applicable terms.
Retention
Enquiry information may be retained for the time reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. LAYZOX does not use this website to collect sensitive personal information as part of the enquiry form.
Your choices
You can choose “Essential only” when the analytics preference notice is shown. You can also contact LAYZOX if you have a question about information submitted through the website.

Privacy questions relating to this website can be sent to contact@layzox.com.
